This back decompression device is portable and can decompress your lower back in about 15-30 minutes. The pump disconnects from the device so you aren't limited to using this just in your home. They provide a small tool that tucks into a pocket next to the first aid logo so you can deflate the device while on the go. *Quick tip, don't walk around with the pump hanging off you like I did for the first couple of uses. Excellent pillow
I love this neck pillow. I have a short neck and find that all the other pillows I have tried are to long for my little short neck to be supported AND comfortable. This pillow provides both comfort and support and when my back got tight on one of our longer flights I used it as lower back support. Caution:If you are short like me most head rests get in the way of wearing the pillow with the longer support facing upward; so wear it pointing down like in the initial picture and you should be just fine.

Finally able to seat pain free
I love how I can unclip the band pump and it stays inflated all day till I decide to deflate it. I love that the belt had that extra Velcro for thinner waistlines and an extra piece to extend it for larger waistlines.
